What's your number? Any you're dying to try? Would you add anything to this list? Personally, I think you haven't lived until you've tried a good flour-less chocolate cake.
When you try absinthe make sure it's imported/smuggled into the states. American absinthe doesn't have the wormwood in it (or as much anyway) and is lower quality.
ReplyDelete25 is my number, which isn't too bad considering I can't eat most of the stuff on this list. I would like to try venison, which I'm told is quite delicious if prepared properly. I also knew this one cook who made an awesome zucchini au gratin for our parent's anniversary, and I highly recommend that dish to anyone who says they don't like zucchini - they will afterwards.
